11/21/00 Good, occasionally great fishing.  Two very heavy 26 inch bows last week, with a large percentage of fish over 20.  Mostly nymph fishing- scuds, size 18 and 20 PTs and midge pupa.  Streamer fishing can be productive, especially for larger fish.  A few BWOs are still emerging, as well as midges.  The creek is down and most of the weeds are gone.

10/1/00 Great fishing, but still lots of weeds.  Hatches include BWOs, midges and a few Calibaetis.  Bring scuds and other nymphs.
7/30/00  Good fishing but lots of weeds, making it difficult to land large fish.  Some Tricos, Calibaetis,
Damsels, midges and terrestrials.  Nymphing is most productive during the heat of the day.  P.T's, scuds, midge pupa and damsel nymphs.
6/24/00  Good fishing and smaller crowds.  Decent hatches of Sulfurs, Calibaetis, Damsels and midges.  Tricos have been excellent.
6/10/00 The Sulfur hatch seems to be slowing down, but Tricos are still going strong.  Look for Calibaetis, Damsels and midges in the slower sections.
5/25/00  Fishing at the Ford has been consistently good.   Current hatches include Tricos, Sulfurs, Callibaetis, midges and Damsels.
4/7/00 Still crowded, but excellent fishing.  A few BWOs and Calibaetis, but nymphs were the best producers.  Scuds, small PT's and midge pupa .
Rocky has fished well throughout the winter and early spring.  The crowds should thin out as other waters become available to anglers.
